As an intentionally small agency, we offer a highly individualized approach, guiding you through each stage of the process with confidence, transparency, and thoughtful attention to detail.

Third-party reproductive services and related expenses are separate from our agency fee and contribute to the overall cost of surrogacy. Depending on your individual circumstances, these may include fertility consultations, egg or sperm donation, IVF, medical care, legal representation, insurance, and other services provided by independent professionals.

If you need assistance getting started, our fertility consulting services provide concierge-level coordination from the very beginning. We help identify appropriate fertility clinics, physicians, and specialists while connecting you with trusted professionals who have extensive experience in third-party reproduction. This service is especially valuable for individuals or couples who are unsure where to begin or are navigating unique circumstances that require a higher level of coordination and support.

Through our established relationships, we may also be able to help you access courtesy discounts or identify opportunities to streamline the treatment process. Our experience allows intended parents to better understand their options, ask informed questions, and navigate the complexities of fertility treatment with greater confidence.

How much does surrogacy cost for parents?

The total cost of a surrogacy journey typically ranges from $175,000 to $250,000, depending on your individual circumstances, medical needs, insurance considerations, and the services required. Les Petits Surrogacy's professional agency fee is $45,000.

While every journey is unique, we provide a detailed financial roadmap before you begin, helping you understand anticipated expenses, plan ahead, and avoid unnecessary surprises whenever possible.

The agency fee covers our services and support throughout the journey. Additional expenses are paid separately to the appropriate providers and vary from one journey to another based on each family's circumstances, medical needs, insurance coverage, and the services required. These expenses may include:

• Legal representation and contract preparation
• Psychological evaluations and support
• Medical procedures and care
• Medical and background screening
• Travel and related expenses
• Fertility medications and other pharmaceutical costs
• Health insurance premiums, deductibles, and other applicable expenses

Not every expense will apply to every journey, and the total investment will depend on your individual circumstances and needs. We work closely with intended parents to help them understand anticipated costs and plan accordingly.
